Manonmanain Sundaranar University (MSU), was established by the Government of Tamil Nadu as a teaching-cum-affiliating University in 1990 to with a vision help the students of Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, and Kanyakumari. MSU issues transcripts for Degree Certificate and Mark Sheets separately, which means you need to make two separate applications for, Degree Certificate issued and the Mark Sheets respectively. There is also a search fee for each year after pass out, for each document/mark sheet that needs to be verified or attested. However, since University issues the final year mark sheet of each course as a consolidated mark sheets, it is advisable to attest only the final year mark sheet along with the credential assessment form.

- Degree Certificate in colour - front & back
- Mark Sheets in colour
- • WES/ICAS/IQAS
- ID proof
The University processes the application in 30-35 days after receipt of the documents.
